ProSnagging is based in Dubai and inspects every community in the emirate. Travel within Dubai is included in every published price. Below are dedicated guides for six communities we inspect most. The same independent inspection applies everywhere else in Dubai too.

- Dubai Marina: Dubai Marina is a dense, high-rise waterfront community of apartment and penthouse towers built by Emaar and many individual developers along the Marina promenade.
- Downtown Dubai: Downtown Dubai is Emaar's flagship high-rise district around Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall, made up almost entirely of apartment and penthouse towers.
- Business Bay: Business Bay is a mixed-use canal-side district next to Downtown Dubai, with residential towers built by a wide range of developers.
- Dubai Hills Estate: Dubai Hills Estate is a large master-planned community developed by Emaar in joint venture with Meraas, mixing villas, townhouses and apartments around an 18-hole golf course.
- Arabian Ranches: Arabian Ranches is one of Dubai's earliest and most established villa communities, developed by Emaar Properties across several distinct sub-communities and handover phases.
- Damac Hills: Damac Hills is a large master-planned villa and townhouse community developed by DAMAC Properties around an 18-hole golf course.
